How long does it take to receive a COD package through the post office if it's shipped in your own state?

the package is being shipped from kinston to bolivia which is about an hour and a half away from me

It may be an hour and a half away from you, but it may have to go through a central distribution point.  Do you have a tracking number?

Check there and check your mail box..  If you aren't home. it will go back to the PO, obviously.  If you think you should have it by now, try to ask the mailman on Monday, or go to askusps.com for help.
