How long does it take to recive a item from amazon?

i have just brought an ipod off of amazon.co.uk

and i chose the super saver devlivery which is the free one.

ow long do you reackon it will take to get here.

Around three days for a book, 4 or 5 for other items. This is usually the case for me. But with Super Saver, I made the mistake of doing it once, took 4 weeks.

I usually use the super saver and often it will depend on if they have the item in stock.  I've received things in as little as 3-4 days and I've had things be backordered forever.  If you order o-night and its backorder - not really going to help you much.  Did that once too - needed a book for school and got the express shipping and 4 weeks later it finally showed up.  I-pods are pretty popular items, although I don't know if they have those in stock, drop ship them from another location or order them from a supplier as needed.  Most people don't think Amazon when it comes to i-pods - it may not be a high demand item through them.
