fuel capacity of B-2 is 200,000 lbs. it requires fuel through a boom and is incapable of receiving fuel from a drogue system.

two most popular tankers in the USAF are the KC-135 (modified from Boeing 707) and the KC-10 (modified from the MD-10)

the KC-135 transfers fuel through the boom at 6,500 pounds per minute

ad the KC-10 transfers fuel through the boom at 8,000 pounds per minute.

obviously, the B2 will have some fuel in reserve but for simplicity's sake, lets just assume it's empty.

that means:

for the KC-135 it will take around 30 minutes to fully refuel the B2

for the KC-10 it will take exactly 25 minutes.
