How long does it take to sail from the UK to Australia and are there cruises available for this route?

Preferably, I'd like to land on the east coast of Australia, as near to possible as Brisbane.

On a cruise ship this would probably run anywhere from 3-6 weeks depending on the line as this run would be part of a world cruise.  Most cruise lines offer world cruises, however, you can also purchase segments on a world cruise for the amount of time or the destinations you'd like to visit.  These trips are usually available during the late fall through the early spring, but the dates vary with each cruise line.  

Off the top of my head the lines that you might want to check into for this type of itinerary are Regent, SilverSea, Crystal, Cunard, Princess, and Holland America.  These are cruise lines marketed in the US, however there may be additional cruise lines marketed in the UK and Australia.
