How long does it take to send a letter from Michigan to Quebec, Canada?

Ok so I sent a letter to a company in quebec, canada on priority shipping on march 20. The post office says it should only take a week but the company still haven't got it yet as of monday. So what should I do?

Generally 7 to 10 business days is not unusual.  And the Easter weekend was in there too, so you have to make allowances for that.  If you have a tracking number you could find out where it is.  Is it something that could get help up in customs?  If so, that could take a few days.  I would start tracking it.
