How long does it take to send money electronically from checking acccount to paypal?

i want to know how long it takes, i would like to bid and buy right a way and not have to wait for an echeck to process and be cleared.

-for ebay use.

I suggest you put money before your bid clears. It takes close to 5 days for money to go from your checking account to your paypal account. If your bid goes through and the seller wants payment within 3 days then you're s***w-ed.
