  1. From Eastern California to Western Arizona on the interstate, about a minute.  From your supplier to you, you'll be lucky to have it the next Thursday

  2. It depends on how it is being sent.

If it is sent via USPS (United States Postal Service), I would anticipate 1-3 business days once it is shipped out. (Less time than that if it is sent priority or express mail). I think for parcel post, they say to allow up to two weeks...I have never had such a delay before though.

FedEx and UPS are probably less time than that.

  3. It all depends on how they send it. No matter what service i.e FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc., it depends on the method, i.e. overnight, next day, etc. A company usually sends things regular mail. The item should be at your door within 5 business days of shipping. Keep in mind that with all courier services packages/mail moves 24/7. It just only gets delivered Mon - Fri excluding holidays. The US Postal Service is the only one who delivers on Saturday. Usually, you can call the company and they will provide you with a tracking #, and then just go to the courier's website and track it.
