  1. It can take around 24- 28 hrs but this also depends on how long you have to wait for any connecting flights and if you want any stop-overs.

  2. If you find the right flights, I am sure you could do this in around 24 hours.  You need to find a direct flight from Belgium to somewhere like Dubai, Honk Kong, Singapore, Bangkok etc.  in which you can then connect directly to Australia.  If that is not available you could try flying out of Holland.  I definately wouldn't stuff around flying over to London first.  Both flights would be between 10 and 14 hours depending what you choose.

  3. It takes  ( assuming a non-stop flight with one stopover and transit )

    32 hours

    SYD - BANKOK - 8h

    Stopover - 10h

    Bankok - London 10h

    Transit in London - 2 h

    London to Belgium - 2h

Split the journey.  A day stopover will make all the difference - you will behold beautiful Thailand - feeling soothed and rested upon arrival in stressed and chilly Belgium.

  4. If by foot, it takes about 3 years, 8 month, 19 days and 23 minutes. (give or take 20 days)

  5. A couple minutes in the Space Shuttle.
