  1. When will it be ?

It can take 45 mn (during the week-end) to much more during the week (at least 1 h) because everybody goes to Paris for work and this is the very bad hour. This week is a holliday period so there is not to much traffic jam but driving to Paris is not easy to calculate.

It will cost at least 50 euros, from 50 to 70. A bit more on sundays.

You can also take the train.

The RER (express regional train) goes from the airport to the center of paris but then you have to change at least two times.

If you travel during the week and do not want to spend to much, you can take the train from the airport to the center of paris and then take the taxi.

    Enjoy your trip

  2. The distance is approximately 36 km and the driving time, if there were to be no traffic, would be under 40 minutes.

As a practical matter you will be driving during a period of very heavy morning traffic and the trip will probably take much longer.Certainly an hour or longer.

Expect the fare to be in excess of 65 euros.

You should consider taking either a shared shuttle van or public transportation.

There are many cxompanies that offer shared van service. Here is one: http://www.paris-blue-airport-shuttle.fr...

  3. Depends on the day.  If a weekday then serious traffic.  If you take a taxi it will take about 45 minutes to an hour.  On the weekend it is MUCH better and should take around 30-40 minutes.

The cost will be 40-50 euros (possibly more depending on route, traffic, luggage is a little extra, and people).

You could just take the train to Denfert Rochereau then take the metro to the 15th.  It will be 8.20 euros and takes 30 minutes.  But if you have lots of luggage the train is NOT fun (some stairs and turnstiles to get through).
