I assume you mean to the Ground Zero festival this Saturday

According to the website (2008) there are shuttle buses running from Apeldoorn Centraal Station to the festival directly.  

I have not been to this, but I would imagine, given the size of it, that it will be clearly signposted and the buses will be directly from outside the station

Distance from Apeldoorn railway Station to the Recreation Centre at Bussloo is only about 8 or 9 miles so shouldn't take longer than about 15/20 minutes.
