Hi.  I have just booked our trip on the Eurostar from Paris to London and the travel time is 2 hours 15 mins.  Because France is 1 hour ahead of the UK.. you arrive in London as if the trip has only taken 1 hour 15 mins.  Obviously.. the opposite would happen travelling from London to Paris.. it would appear as if the trip took 3 hours 15 mins.  Hope this helps :-)
