How long does it take to walk fast or jog through the Henri Pittier National Park to Choroni?

I'm writing a story where several people have to walk through the Henri Pittier National Park to take photos of birds, while still others have to walk through the park to reach the Playa Grande before they all head to a church in Choroni. The people will be walking fast or jogging through the park. I'd like to know how much time it would take for them to travel through the park to reach either the beach or the church for my story.
