How long does it takes to know if you're pregnant?

I had s*x last week thursday and could probably be pregnant. Is there anyway i can know if i'm pregnant now? and is there any type of pill that i could take to terminate the pregnancy or is it too late

It's too late for the pill now. They only work up to 72 hours. The only way you are going to know is when you miss your period, there really isn't any way of knowing before then.
