How long does it usually take for an Xbox 360 to get repaired at Microsoft?

Along with my "Elite" I bought the insurance from Best Buy...  after a year and all of a sudden I couldn't load games...  I took box to Best Buy and they walked straight over and picked up a brand NEW box & switched me the hard drive...  Basically, I got a brand spanking new box and was still able to keep the memory!

well my friends had to send it in and it took about roughly 2 weeks to get it back. idk, it may be more or less time depending where your located in the country, but i think it should range between that time

If you called the support line they are going to tell that it takes from 2 to 3 weeks from the day you ship the console out, but normally it doesn't take more than 2 weeks, and when you get the console back you get a free membership for xbox live for one month
