How long does it usually you to eat dinner when you go out?

Depending on the restaurant, and how busy it is, it can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.  I guess all that really matters is how much time you have to sit and enjoy your food.  My friend and I ate at P.F. Changs yesterday, and although we got full really quickly, we still sat there and talked for a bit.  Sometimes it's nice to just relax, talk, and have your glass refilled religiously :)

maybe 1.5 to 2 hours...i am a slow eater and i always have reading material (if i'm alone) or conversate with a dining companion.

the european concept of serving and dining appeals to me.

i say about 2 hours..lol..this is because i have to decide what to get and eveyone else i am with does too and its sooooo hard!!! lol...then we wait with appetizers....then we get our food, but of course, we r all talking while we eat..then we oreder some wine...by then, we're pretty full so we rest like 5 minutes..lol..then comes the d**n good desserts!!
