On the average about a month. This was a point of discussion within my high school health class years ago. Actually, one of the people in class wrote their term / research paper on this topic and presented it to the class. Of course, that was years ago. But, I think this still holds true in accordance with the amount and frequency that this is used.

It is best to abstain from this - life your life focuses and drug free if possible.

Hey, obviously most of these people have no REAL experience with this. I was tested for marijuana for about a year once a week. I still managed to smoke 1-2 times a week without it being detected. SO if your trying to pass a test, after one use it should be gone by 2-4 days, a couple times within a week and your looking at 3-7 days depending (its usually on the lower end like 5 days.)  However, even if you pass a drug test there are other metabolites that are not looked for in the tests that may linger around a little longer, the whole month thing for one time use is a myth perpetuated by people like the ones who answered you who have no more education in the topic than what an anti drug ad told them.
