How long does opened soy milk keep in the refrigerator?

The container says through multiple months from now, but I wonder if that is just until you open it. Is it okay for several days or a week after you open it?

Once opened, you should try to consume it in 5 days (according to the packet of the soy milk I buy). But I usually drink the container in about 2 days. (I have cereal with soy milk, then a glass of soy milk in the afternoon so it gets used up pretty quickly).

The date on the container is how long it will keep on the shelf, unopened.  It probably also says somewhere on the container to use it within 7-10 days of opening.

A week.....if you aren't able to drink it or use it that quickly then the next time buy a tetra pack that is smaller....

The several months is unopened. It usually lasts a week or two in the fridge for me. I'm not really a regular soymilk drinker so even after a week or two, it's usually not gone, I have to throw it out.

Seven to Ten days, but it's personal discretion. Smell it, taste it, and if it seems okay, drink it.

once opened it should be good 2 weeks but it never stays here ling enough to go bad but if it goes bad it will smell bad and usually will clabber like milk. if it taste funny or looks strange then through it out but i drink to much for it to go bad.

We usually use ours in about 3-4 days, but it should keep for at least a week in the fridge. I can't imagine it going bad quickly, but you can keep a nose on it and watch for any suspicious growth. The expiration date only applies to the vacuum-intact container. Once it is opened, there is a different amount of time, which is usually stated on the box.

well. alot of times it says in the next 4 days after opening. but to be honest with you I have had soy milk like for 3 weeks and then used it. and it is nothing wrong with it. so I guess it depends on how many days after you will still drink it. luck
