How long does the consulate in ciudad juarez take to process a k-1 visa?

I have already received a letter that my fiances case has left the nvc and it is on its way to ciudad juarez, does anyone know when i should be expecting the packet and how long after i receive the packet will the actual interview be?

My husband and I are going thru the same process with immigration. After his case left the NVC it was about 5 weeks before we got his packet . Then his interview appointment wasnt until about a month and a half later.
