How long does the esp gift last in sumone if they have it?

does it fade away when you get older? or does it get more better and more common as you grow older ?

it is believed that because childrens minds are so fluid (still growing at a rapid rate, and able to obsorb massive new amounts of data) they are the most able to tap into this thing called esp. however, as the brain grows more rigid, the ability to tap into it is, most of the time, lost or deeply diminished....

It stays the same. I have a talent with coins. I flip three to answer any question that I do not have a clear answer to: is it in my best interest to see this movie or that, should I apply for a specific job, high to low. In 20 years it has not changed. I figure this is like esp since I'm doing the tossing. It does not seem to matter what coins I use, though I prefer to add some gloss, like using three pennies of the current year issue.

So, if in fact you have it, it does not go away - the caveat is that it is much better than 60-50 odds on the right answer, but not always, but mostly.

It lasts until one realizes how silly they are.There is no such thing as esp.Most folks grow up and figure that out.

It all depends on how imaginative you are. If you would like to believe your esp is getting stronger, I am sure you can find ways to justify such a belief.

The fact is, nobody has proven that they have any precognitions, or read minds, or any of that junk. It would be huge if they ever did. There would be a new branch of legitimate science based on this new evidence.

As it stands, psychic abilities are not looked on favorably by science. Millions of dollars have been sunk into failed projects such as PEAR, which attempted to take a scientific view of psychic abilities.

I guess in the end, it doesn't really exist. But as long as there are illusionists like Sylvia Browne and John Edwards convincing people that its real, there will be lots of people seeing coincidence as psychic, reading tarot cards and pretending its real, and all that jazz.

The longevity of ESP correlates to the degree of scrutiny under which it is examined.  If your ESP is very vague then you may think you have it for years.  However, if you try to measure it or test it I imagine it will not last long at all.

It all depends what you do with it - the more you use it, the stronger it becomes and the less you use it, it becomes weaker. And ESP is not a "gift", it's a common trait which each and every animated being has within their genes.

Interesting question, I would assume we wouldn't know nor be able to measure until now.ESP can't be explain in terms of scientific parameters, but yes some really have it. Personally I believe that ESP is a heighten sensitivity to electromagnetic field. We are made up of cells including nerves, muscles etc.Our brain control/monitor the whole body thru brain waves which  are electrical impulses converted to chemical reactions to sustain growth, repairs cells, activated immune system keep us ALIVE.

Being made up of nerves and various cells, we are essentially a walking electrical being.Just like any electrical component we generate electromagnetic wave, possible sending out or receiving impulses around us.Just like cell phones or radio we can communicate. With certain parameter like genetic make-up, emotional estate, proximity to others we achieve RESONANCE, thus brain wave transmission takes place. Some individual have heightened sensitivity that make them sense, feel or see something we call ESP, intuition, premonition.Only if we can understand/decipher  the LANGUAGE, OPERATING SYSTEM, the CODEC of our body, shall we be able understand ESP etc.

Back to your question, I believe staying healthy is the key to your ESP. Foods  that trick the brain like sweeter, manipulated food, emotion controlling drug could deteriorate brain wave quality should be avoided, they usually deposit certain chemical in the brain. >Dreams that you can fly indicator of ESP.<   Be good, do good it will stay with you.

it all depends,i think it all goes down to "let it be",and how

you learn to handle it,the more you are ,the more you can intensify ESP,but,think of it like a discipline; there are times when you don't seem to 'sense' nothing at all (i consider that resting time) only to resurface again in unexpected ways,

That depends, if you believe in your gift, and cherish it as a blessing, then it will grow an last a while.  But if you treat it as a curse, and listen to people who say it isn't true, then it will fade fairly quickly, mine is still there.

Apparently, no one is able to hold it for long.  Once proclaimed, it fades very rapidly to the point that skeptics can then argue that it never existed at all.

An ephemeral little thing, it vanishes as quickly as it is found.

ESP lasts just as long as you don't put it to the test. If you try to test it under controlled conditions, it disappears entirely.
