  1. Up until about week 24 if your baby dies its classed as a miscarraige, however after week 24 your baby is "viable'' and it would be considered a sill birth..

    Foetus is what the baby is called before it would not be able to survive outside the womb if born..

  3. I don't really understand your question so I'm just going to answer by what I think your saying. A pregnancy lasts for 40 weeks! That is 10 months!
