  1. patience is what you are going to have,

    please go read this article first, it is long mind you:

    http://www.uscis.gov/files/article/M-476...

    you must also have a knowledge of the US gov. constitution and the basic ;

    so start to study .................. go to your local library and get documentation to help you out,so you will know some about the US ,

    good luck to you...........

  2. Nobody is going to call you and offer you U.S. citizenship.  It does not work that way.

    You will be scheduled for an interview, and will be asked questions based on your knowledge of the U.S. and its form of government, history, and Congressional representation.  You will also be queried as to your ability to speak English.

    Watch your mailbox for the letter telling you when to appear.  The process may take as long as two years, depending on the backlogs of the office and the paperwork trail.  This process is not to be taken lightly.  Citizenship is a privelege and not a right.  You can always be denied if you are not of good moral character and do not pass the examination.
