How long does this stay in your system?

Over the weekend I had an awful migraine, so instead of going to the ER I took some vicodin 3 to be exact throught a 24 period. I'm worried now because it's monday and my work has a random drug test policy and I don't want to get into trouble, I'm not a pill popper or anything I just had a really bad headache. How long will it stay in my system?

if you were really that worried you wouldn't have taken them.

they mainly only test u for

like hard core drugs like cocaine, ecstasy, and all the other ones (that i can't quite remember rite now :P)

and it should be out of your system

they only last so long

Most chemicals will stay in your system from 72 to 78 hours. chemicals will stay in your hair and your body's fatty tissue for years. Let them know you took vicodin it should be ok, they usually test for illegal drugs so just tell them. Pretty sure it should be out within a matter of days, but everyone metabolizes differently. you should be fine, if problems happen then go get a doctors note from the hospital and everything should be sorted out....also telling them beforehand might help, dont have it pop up unexpectedly.
