  1. Once issued with a UK provisional you are licenced until your 70th birthday but the photo has to be renewed every ten years, DVLA will send a form out when it is due for renewal and there is no fee. When you reach 70 you have to renew every 3 years but it is still free.

    i mean when i turned 18 i had to go renew it,that's what they
