That depends on what state you are in. For some it can be as little as one month for others, it can be as much as six. Some states don't even offer unemployment insurance at all.

I thought that it was 90 days. 90 or 60 days

6 months IF you have been employed over a year.

Of course if you look for work,  you should have a new job in less than 5 weeks.

My step mom just got off of it and she worked at this one place for 7 years and got laid off...her unemployment  lasted 6 months
