Okay, I have an at home drug test coming up on the 14th, and the last time I did vicodin was Friday the 11th. My last dosage was relatively small, but the day before I had about 3000mgs. The drug test says the maximum amount of time opiates will stay in your system is 2-3days. I weigh about 105lbs and I rarely do vicodin. Do you think the hydrocodone will be out of my system in less than 3 days?

  1. No.  And remember that Vicodin has Tylonel in it.  If you are taking more than 1000mg, every 4 hours, than you are dueing major damage to your liver.  It also drops you blood pressure.  Be safe and if you can't stop yourself-GO TO TREATMENT.  Why are you taking Vicodin?  Why do you have home Drug testing?  Problems with drugs in the past.   The more you take when you don't need it means when you do NEED it, it will not work as well.

  2. 48 hrs

  3. Vicodin-could last in your system from 24-48 hours depending on the dosage.

This painkiller contains paracetamol, so it might remain in the system ranging on  age, metabolism and dosage.
