  1. Can only answer by personal experience.

I have had red wines opened and uncorked for up to 5 days unrefridgerated that were excellant.  Had some that went bad after 3 days.  As a rule l like to finish any red I open within the first 3 days.

  2. Reds can be finished off in a day or two.  Whites recorked and put in the cold box can make it 5 days or so.

Also depends on how full the bottle is.  More air space = faster trip downhill.

  3. White wine acan be refrigerated so I say about a week no later. Red wine is best at room temperature, threfore sohuldn't be refrigerated. This tends to go bad  within 3 days.

  4. Depends how fast you want to guzzle it.Ha Ha

  5. Everyone has a different opinion about this. But I've been told that red wine should be refrigerated after opening (using a wine stopper) and the taste won't be greatly impacted for 3-4 days. After pouring a chilled bottle, just let the glass reach room temperature again. In some countries, chilled reds are preferred anyway. With white wines, in the fridge, they can last up to 5 days without drastically changing the character of the wine. This information comes from an avid wine collector.
