Unbelievable how many people think they have all the answers when they can't even read the question clearly.

Anyway, a letter will take approximately two or three days to arrive at Parris Island, but the recruit may not have it delivered to him for another day or two, and then he or she may not have time to reply for a few more days, so don't get too anxious about a quick turnaround. They keep them very busy in boot camp.
