How long dose it take for the gum to heal when you had a tooth pulled?

I had a tooth pulled tuesday, and I can tell it is starting to heal, I was just wondering how long it took to completely heal b/c it dose still hurt and I can not take any meds. (excpet for tylenol which dose nothing for me) b/c Im 37 weeks pregnant.

keep it clean and follow the post op instructions like no spitting, smoking or sucking through a straw and you should heal up to the point it doesn't hurt in about 3 days and completely in about 3 weeks.
