How long dose toffuti cream cheese last?

after its been opened or how can you tell if its gone bad?

I have used it and like it's dairy counterpart it can last up to 2 weeks after opening, mind you there is no dairy in it and they use the same emulsifiers, so if it goes off it to will have mold on it, have discoloured to a yellowy tinge and have a sourish aroma.

I have never had it go bad for me past opening, though usually I use it within a month or so. If there's seperation, water collecting on it, or it looks moldy or smells and tastes bad, that's the universal sign of spoilage. Otherwise, just keep it until the expiration date on the container - that's my rule of thumb, open or not.
