I can't give you the exact year but i can give you some facts. I worked at the Vienna location in Virginia, and the store manager once told me that particular store had been around before Frappuccinos were introduced. So if you can find out when frappuccinos were put in the starbucks line up, that will give you an idea of how old that store was. I'm not saying its the oldest in Virginia but it had been around for a long time.
