  1. I agree with JS that there is media bias. But I don't believe Fox is any where near the worst of the group. At least Fox attempts to have some variety of opinion, whereas CNN, and the rest just parrot what their close-minded management wants everyone to hear. And what about Al Gore - does he have any credibility outside his media circle?

  2. In the early to mid 1970 they were saying we would soon have another ice age.

Then it was refrigerants destroying the atmosphere. Then it was global warming.

It is all about political agendas to get your money and empower them by turning over your assets and control of your life to them.

    It really is that simple.

Climate change is a fact of life on Earth and has been since LONG before man ever walked the surface of the planet.

It occurs relatively slowly. Don't live in coastal regions like New Orleans. Expect a change in lifestyle as the climate changes.

The Vikings had to leave their farms in Greenland when it froze over. Now, for a while, maybe we can move back. In the mean-time, maybe we shouldn't be building in swamps along coastal regions.

  3. I think the correct question is, "How long has global warming been going on"...I think the first proof was in 1979 when they took photographs of the polar ice caps melting.

  4. Too long.   Ageing 80's 'right on' types - worse than the 'ageing hippies' of yesteryear.

  5. Since they realized that they could make a lot of bucks promoting the false appearance of controversy over the science:

The Nieman Foundation for Journalism at Harvard University, documents how the media supports the false appearance of controversy on the topic of global warming:

"A new study has found that when it comes to U.S. media coverage of global warming , superficial balance—telling "both" sides of the story—can actually be a form of informational bias."

"Objective viewers long ago realized that Fox News has a political agenda. But, when a pundit promotes this agenda while on the take from corporations that benefit from it, then Fox News has gone one disturbing step further"

** Boycott all Fox channels! **

  6. In Canada the Weather Network has been really pushing this thing for a long time.  It's sickening to watch all the b.s. they can broadcast and get away with through their spokesman David Suzuki (another real winner, lol!)

Mr. Suzuki told a group of leftist Montreal students recently that any politician who doesn't support his 'proof' should be put in prison.  That's n**i talk at it's best.  It's odd that the Weather Network here still worships this moron, but they do for some reason and it gives them a bad image overall.

They have never mentioned that there is another valid side to this controversy.

  7. uh since about the '80s but hippies have been sayin junk about it for a lot longer but then again they were all droppin acid smokin reefer and doin wippits so idk i guess as they grew up they got into media and became newscasters and politicians *cough*Al Gore*cough* ahem any1 got a throat lozenge?
