How long have you been on the phone with DMV?

and how long to completion of task ?

from 8:10 am to 11:54 pm finaly 1/2 hour to get contact then transfered and the phone hangs up aaaaaaggggghhhhhh !!!!!that music sucks. i was mesmorized when someone answered.

On hold at least half an hour with Wisconsin DMV. Which actually topped the time I had to call Cali DMV. Most other states answer right away.

As for being on the phone, I spent at least an hour arguing with Oregon DMV because that place is run by a bunch of morons. If I ever have to live in Oregon, I am never going to title a vehicle there. ($110 to get a duplicate title!)

I always try and call right when they open.
