How long i can stay in australia with an expired visa?

I mean can i work in australia with an expired visa(by taking the risks)?.Will i cought by the police?.If caught what would be the penalties?.What are the risks involved in it?.Will employers willing to give me a job?.What about the attitude of Australian police against illegal migrants?Can i earn a decent income before catch by the police?

I would not risk it.  Sure you can always find someone hiring illigals but you have no rights and they usually take advantage of people because they know you can't complain to anyone...  Do it the legal way...if (when) you get caught it will only cause major problems.

if your visa has expired you better beat a fast retreat home,Australia has no time for law breakers and you will be dealt with accordingly

your name will already be on the illegal alien list so take a hike and stop taking jobs from those that do things the right way

you will be caught & removed from australia & not alowed to return for many years

if you surender to imegration yourself & have a good reason for overstaying your visa things will go better for you & you may be able to get another visa or extend the one you have
