How long i must take confido for good results and how many pills each a day?

i am having problem of low s*x stamina and pre mature ejaculation...so i need a help..if confido can work out..if so then how many pills i must take per day and for how much time

What is confido and what do you expect it to do?  If it is a herbal supplement it is likely not going to change much.  Their are exercises that will have more effect on your pre mature ejaculation than will the pills.  Breathing helps too.
