How long if rejected?

continued question form 8379 if rejected how long before i recieve it back , quote 1 2 3 weeks from filing the form

More like 6-8 weeks, because the form is not input on to hte IRS computer until usually 4 weeks after it is received and processing the forms usually takes 4-12 weeks.

IRS is just know trying to process May's inventory.
