Raw in person is usually about 20 minutes longer than on tv. Usually after the matches are over they have 1 or 2 extra matches just for the people in the stands.

The only time i've ever heard of it being much longer than that is if they are recording another event (Saturday Night Main Event, etc.) to be recorded another night. They usually do that an hour or so before the Raw event begins.

When I went it was Wrestlemania Rewind Night. There was a dark match between Carlito and Cody Rhodes.(Carlito Won)

And the entire show was a little over three hours and a half.

And the Mayweather Big Show weigh in was awesome!!

After Raw went off the air, after Cena hit orton with the F-U, Shawn michaels superkicked Orton!!

Well I have been to Monday Night Raw a lot and it is not very much longer. First, you get to the event 1 hour before showtime, and 30 minutes before showtime, they will have one or two dark matches that features only jobbers. ( A dark match is a match that is not on TV) Then Lilian Garcia will say that RAW will go live in 30 seconds or so. Then the show starts. After it goes off the air, there can either be a Dark Main Event, or just a popular superstar coming out to talk. When I went To Monday Night Raw in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on October 29, 2007, it went off the air but HBK and Triple H were in the ring. They said that DX would reform and they started to mock Mr. Mcmahon. Mr. Mcmahon came out with William Regal and Regal got hit by a Superkick and Mcmahon got pedigreed. Goes to show you that anything can happen. The ending can last up to another 45 minutes. Hope I helped!
