How long is Tofurky sausage good once it's opened?

i wouldnt leave it in the fridge for more thean 5 days, and maybe a week and a half in the freezer

it should say on the package, if it isn't growing any thing in 2 days it is probably all right.i never leave any thing past 4 days,unless it is nuts.and seeds

why didnt you put it back in the freezer?i only pull out what i am to eat and refreeze the rest

2-3 days at most, just like most Tofurky products - very few make it over 6 days, and the longer you keep it around the less likely it'll taste good, hold it's texture, etc.
