Wow....you need to specify where.  That's like saying Mexico City to the US - It could be 3+ hours to NYC or 1 to Houston...  I'll give you some domestic flight times and you can choose the closest distance to your city in Canada.

Where in Canada are you going?  I live near Chicago and I've been to Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver.  Toronto would take just over an hour.  Not a long flight.  Montreal I believe is about 1 1/2 hrs.  Vancouver is going to be at least 4 hours.  That is from my personal experience of non-stop flights.
