  1. Its all about the quality of the workout,  This isnt a sport where you can just do a workout, it has to have a purpose


  2. there is no perfect workout the key is to have variation within your schedule with one long run about 7 miles or about an hour at the end of the week

  3. the question isn't how long its how far and how long it takes u to get there if u run 3 mile each day that is a good work out hope i helped happy running:)

  4. Its a good start, I would make 30 minutes a minimum if you are just trying to get a "good workout"

  5. depends on what you're training for. if you're training for the 800 then your workouts may be shorter but more intense. If you're just wanting to get in shape then 30 minutes sounds like a decent workout.
