Anywhere from 30 min to 1 hour. USCIS could interview you together, or separate. If you have all the paper works in order, meaning bring one set of all the copies and all originals, you will be fine. Good luck!

My immigrant visa interview was very short and my wife was not involved. I think it depends on how comfortable the interviewer is with what you've submitted as much as anything else that determines how much time they spend with you.

All in all, while I was nervous going in, it turned out to not be a huge deal once I got into it.
