How long is a legal time to get divorce in Bologna or Italy ? we are still waitting to get final answer .?

since 2 years ago my partner started to get dovorce from his former wife , we are still waitting for his own divorced to get married with each other , but till now the italian court didint release any answer to us , just keep us waitting !! how long is the legal time to cbe divorced by Italian custom?? foe being time we are leaving in abroad ( Islamic Country ) and without getting married we can not stay cloase toghter , i mean one private home ,

Isn't it 6 months? I think so, but check at your city office/council or whatever. Best of luck!
