  1. a warrant does not ever go away.

  2. until they find you

  3. Till they grab your sorry *** and put smarties in it.

  4. Forever. It will have to be dealt with eventually so the best way to go about it..... and to get the best deal later is to turn yourself in.

A probation warrent will never go away even if the person moves to another state.

  5. statute of limitations only apply to crimes no one has been charged with yet.  warrants never expire, they have to be served or recalled

  6. depending on the crime...... most have 7 year statute of limitations

  7. 1. Until you are arrested.

    2. Until you die.

    Simple enough.

  8. Till caught.

  9. It never ever goes away

  10. If you are thinking it will go away when your release date arrives, that will not happen. Your probation will be held open until you are caught. The warrant will not expire.

  11. Forever.  The law will catch up with you.

  12. Generally speaking- until the offender is caught. There may be exceptions to this rule, but you are not specific enough to address them.
