Well i wanted to get this job at coldstone (i'm only 15 fyi before you start judging me) and i think i did a pretty good job at the interview & i thought she liked me and i answered the questions well, but anyways its been like two days and the lady hasn't called me back yet. During the interview i asked her how long she thought it would take for her to call us back, and she said she wasn't sure so i'm not sure what that means...But anyways, wouldn't i know by now if i had the job or not? Because i am starting to doubt myself.

  1. its usually not more than a week*.

but you can give her 2 weeks, imo.

  2. 1-4 days if they like you.

  3. A week is normal, but don't stop doing job applications.  Few mangers call the people who don't get the job.

Finding work takes effort.  Apply all over the place.

  4. About a week. If you don't hear from her you can call and ask for an update in their hiring process being that you were one of the interviewed. Sometimes when you call in to check it shows that you are interested and like the atmosphere as well.. Employers like that!

    God luck!

  5. They would've hired you on the spot if they wanted you.  Keep looking.

  6. approximatly 1 week. You could have been the first one interviewed and they still had a bunch more to go, and THEN they need to discuss the decision and call you.

    Good luck!
