How long is adjustment period for prescription eyeglasses?

I got my prescription eyeglasses 1 week ago. These eyeglasses for work with computer and for distance. So, I am not using them all time but about 8-10 hours per day, every day during this week. For now, I have a hard time. I got slight nausea and dizziness. Is it normal? If yes, how long is adjustment period?

There is no set time for everyone of course, but your symptoms should be a lot less severe by now than they were a few days ago.

If the symptoms are improving, thats a good sign...if they aren't, then something is wrong with the Rx or even just the adjustment.

I presume you mean they are progressives...so that can often take 2 weeks before you will feel right at home in them....however, it should be a bit better everyday.
