How long is it ok to take Aquaban Herbal tablets for?

I am on HRT and bloat out really badly after a few days of taking it constantly but found that Aquaban Herbal works really well. I know that with the ordinary tablets it says no more than 2 weeks but I can't see any guidelines with the herbal ones. Anyone know?

Use them for two weeks then stop for two weeks then on them again.
