How long is it till you receive you back pay from social sercurity?

i talked with a lady at my ss office..she said they started working on mine july 11, and it takes up till 60 days...is it 60 days after or will it be before my sixty days or up...and how long did it take you to get your back pay. so i will have a ideal wait
