How long is life when you lose your license being a habitual traffic offender?

My license was suspended in 2007 and I was curious if life is life or a certain amount of time?

  1. Now wouldnt it be stupid if they said they revoked your license for life but really only meant 5 years?...haha, bicycles arent so bad.

  3. Habitual Violator in my state is license suspended with no privileges for 5 years I believe then you can get a provisional or probational license. You are still declared a Habitual Violator with a provisional license. Driving w/o a provisional license can get you 10 years. It is a felony here and you'll do more prison time on this than you would on a  homicide rap. If you achieve a provisional license and get charged with something then you are also charged with vio of the HV provisional/probational license status which is then a misd but you never get another license of any type on top of what they do to you. It is a good law for those who are hard to learn. It gives 1 last chance .

  4. I knew an old man who lost his license for 10 years.  Get a mountain bike.  That's my hobby.
