How long is orietation at Olive Garden?

how long is it and what does it consist of and do u have to know anything before hand and what to wear?

normally orientation is only a day, they show you around and give you some papers to study, like abriviations  and the menu and stuff, then they give you a few days to learn it, after that you will most likley train for a little while (idk how long, depends on what job your doing)

I'm sure Olive Garden can give you a better idea concerning the time and what to wear. Most servers at O.G. wear white tops and black bottoms.

During orientation all you really do is fill out paper work, learn about the company, the benefits offered, take a quick tour, watch a short video on the history of Darden restaurants, you get your training schedule, and if your lucky, they'll feed you. My orientation lasted about 3 hours. Hope this helps!
