How long is the academic year in Scotland univ.?

Question

Specifically, how long is the academic year in the University of Edinburgh. I am a foreign student and I am planning on going there, however I need to calculate my budget and I need to know the exact number of weeks I will spend there.

generally scottish universities run from september till june, I'm at Aberdeen so don't know specifically for Edinburgh but it will be on the uni website
