How long is the battery life of the Rechargeable lithium-ion NB-4L?

I'm looking to buy the Canon - PowerShot 8.0MP Digital ELPH Camera - Gold but i noticed it takes the Rechargeable lithium-ion NB-4L and i go to a lot of concerts and i want to know if it will last for over 6 hours a day without being charged.

it depends on the way you use it. The answer is no if you take photos too much frequently, Digital cameras are designed to use intermittent power, the duration that the battery works is greatly depending upon your energy management skills. You need to learn to save the battery power,

For instance:

1. Turn off the LCD and use the viewfinder

2. Minimize photo previewing

3. Do not use continuous focus when not necessary

4. Do not press the shutter button half way down for no reason.

5. Carry another battery

According to the Capacity of the battery, different manufactures would supply different Capacity battery, but NB-4L always 730mAh, i buy a replacement NB-4L from http://www.espow.ca/digital-camera-batte... every times i can photo more than 300 pictures.
